convenient location great selection helpful staff stiff tap limited cupboard water absence

the location was very convenient near key attractions. the breakfast offered a great selection of foods, with something for everyone. i found the staff to be really helpful and accommodating .

the tap in the bathroom was oddly stiff. it was almost impossible to use it comfortably. the only cupboard in the room did not open fully. it was blocked by the bed's position.

undercover parking high quality food

The hotel provides undercover parking. The building looked fantastic, clean and the staff were helpful. The food at the hotel was of a high standard and quality. The location is directly on the sea front. I will return for another visit.

The swimming pool smelled strongly of chlorine. The water in the pool seemed a bit murky. These issues require improvements from hotel management.

The superior king room has a double sofa bed. The room was really excellent. I found the room to be well kept and clean, with all amenities in good working order, which helped to enhance my stay.

the location was great.

The breakfast i ordered through room service arrived cold. It had no jam for the toast, and the orange juice tasted like it was from concentrate, not fresh.

the hotel location was perfect for accessing nearby attractions. i appreciated the underground car park with direct access to the hotel. the breakfast selection was extensive offering many choices. the staff were very helpful and quick to refill items.

the bedroom was slightly narrow considering the price paid.
